this was my first canning adventure and i learned some important lessons.
even though its faster and cheaper, don't use instant pectin.
even though it's healthier, don't use honey as the sweetener (or do 1/2 honey, 1/2 sugar)
drain the berries through cheese cloth, not a metal mesh colander
invest in a water bath system to seal the jars properly
buy a few big quart jars, not 25 little pint jars
and other various lessons.
