has that always been there?

this will more than likely be turned into a wall hanging

it was such a beautiful day in milwaukee today and there's nothing like being away for a year and a half to make you appreciate the motherland. after an amazing lunch at an old hang out with even more amazing friends, i spent the afternoon in a park by the lake with an alterra smoothie, a book and the view above. after my beach front rendezvous i drove around with the windows down in the 82 degree weather when i started to notice all the amazing architecture and details of the buildings downtown...

city hall, which had been covered in scaffolding since i was a freshman @ MU was a marvelous sight to see, stripped of its iron bars, wooden planks and plastic cones, it was overlooked for four years, but just spectacular now

seriously, all in milwaukee.
it's funny what happens when you look up

another marvelous sight to see was this adoring couple and i reunited at lulu's! lots of hugs, tears, laugher, updates, scheming, wedding planning, life planning and blue cheese

  1. my heart just skipped a few beats.

...mainly because of those sweet friend faces, but of course the milwaukee shots had something to do with it too.
